Q: Under which keywords will my business be found?

A: At the point of sale your keywords/phrases were agreed with your sales representative, these will be emailed to you when your account goes live on Google. It is possible for you to add or change your keywords/phrases. For more information please contact your account manager.

Q: Will you ring me before my renewal is due?

A: Due to the large volumes of clients renewing their services each month, we’re sure you can appreciate logistically it’s not possible to call every client, every month whilst maintaining an effective low cost marketing solution. We do however commit to ensuring your Google analytics are sent though each month. These statistics will be sent to the email address confirmed with your account manager when your account goes live. Receiving your analytics prior to your renewal date, allows you to make an informed decision on how best to proceed.

Q: Am I in any kind of contract?

A: There is an agreement in place, this has been confirmed via email and within your welcome documents attached. If you require copies of your agreement please visit www.matchmakermarketing.co.uk

  • The first month is simply a trial which you can cancel at anytime.
  • After the first month it’s simply a month by month agreement with 30 days notice required in writing to our head office in order to cancel the agreement.

Q: Am I guaranteed to be on the first page of Google 24/7

A: It’s not possible for any company including Google to guarantee to have your website on the first page 24hrs a day 7 days a week. What we can guarantee is that your 5 key phrases will appear on the first page of Google everyday for one calendar month. Whilst your account manager is constantly monitoring your positions if for any reason your advert does not appear please contact us immediately and we will use our best endeavours to regain your position.

Q: Can you guarantee what position my ad will appear on the first page?

A: The positions Google allocates clients on the 1st page is derived from many different factors. As your competition makes changes to there website or their marketing this can force a change in your position. What we guarantee is first page positions on google.co.uk

Q: How and when are future payments paid?

A: Your monthly subscriptions are automatically taken from your chosen credit or debit card each month. Two or three days prior to your payment you will have received your marketing report.

Q: What other marketing services can you offer my business?
